Jonny Crossbones: Down Hanover Wash is an ongoing adventure comic for all ages. Follow Jonny, a young auto mechanic in a skeleton suit, as he and Gretchen Fiveash, the niece of a wealthy adventurer, navigate an eventful lakeside vacation while learning more about themselves and their unknown, shared past!
First time readers might be best served by starting at the beginning of Jonny's First adventure, Dead Man at Devil's Cove.
Upon enlarging the image, I see that the “gun” is actually made of wood, and the paper “flames” coming out the end, while attractive, do not look dangerous at all. I guess the toy gun took Jonny by surprise, which is why he is flinching so hard.
Maybe….maybe the skeleton suit all along has been…metaphorical? Like, the narrator of this story has been Jonny all along , like William Holden in Sunset Boulevard, and he has been depicted as a skeleton from the beginning as a visual reminder of this?
Nooooo!
His skeleton suit protects him, right? Please?
Jonny! Nooooooooo!
Darn you, McClaine! Darn you straight to Heck!
Wow ! He kills Jon ! That’s Game of Thrones…
Gaaa!
